About us

About the Role

At Modern Listings, our priorities are focused on the customer and how we can make moving home stress-free and simple to manage.

Homeowners and buyers have had to suffer from unresponsive agents and outdated processes for too long. We are property marketeers, we are problem solvers and most of all we are trusted to manage the largest investment a person will make.

Today, many estate agents get away with doing half a job but live on borrowed time. Technology presents the ability to be more efficient, more effective and more customer-focused, not to cut corners, posting and praying someone finds the listings.

We’re not an online estate agency, we are a modern agency, we are wildly ambitious and we are award-winning.

So if being customer-focused, a marketing master and measured on productivity (not time in an office) motivates you, come and join the team at Modern.

Roles and responsibilities

The function of an employee in Modern Listings is to foster, onboard, deliver and complete sales opportunities within their designated sales patch while supporting neighbouring patches to drive company performance.
