Our hiring process

To ensure we make the right decision for us and you, our hiring process is thorough.

1. Video call

When you apply, we first have a short video call with the goal of us learning a bit more about you and for you to ask any questions of us.

2. Interview

An in-depth interview aimed at understanding your skills and career to date along with a short exercise, (supplied before interview).

3. Onboarding

To ensure you can hit the ground running we have have our onboarding process to ensure you can get the best start at Modern.
